For this project, Lycopodium conducted an asset condition assessment for 44 buildings assets in the Shire of Dardanup (SOD). The Shire required highly detailed data, so that an accurate maintenance budget estimate could be made for the building assets over the next 10 years.
Lycopodium’s forward week plan (FWP) achieved this by offering the SOD the choice of 3 prioritised scenarios. In addition to this, a gap analysis comparing the FWP to the current budget was provided for each scenario.
Lycopodium’s gap analysis identified how much the SOD should be budgeting for each of their building assets over the 10-year period. This helped the SOD introduce preventative maintenance into their current strategies, resulting in an accurate FWP for all building assets.
