Property services include management of access to third party land on behalf of government and corporate to include administration of applications for third parties seeking to access government or corporate owned land. Services include administration of applications, document control, record management, facilitating and chairing stakeholder meetings, follow ups, formal executive approval briefs, revenue / fee collection, legal documentation negotiation and preparation and reporting.
